AUTOKINITON in Belleville, MI is seeking a full-time, hourly Operations Associate to support our manufacturing and assembly processes at Plant 2. You will report to the Operations Supervisor and Manager and contribute to daily production goals and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, with 3–6 months of related experience. You will demonstrate basic math, reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced team environment.

This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Operations Supervisor and Manager.

Required Experience

Education and/or Experience:

High school Diploma or general education degree (GED); or three months to six months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
