Job summary

Integrity Staffing Services, Inc. in Inwood, WV is seeking a Quality Tech to uphold quality controls on a 12-hour day shift. You will apply quality management practices to maintain standards and support manufacturing operations.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, perform tests, drive process improvements, and ensure products meet customer specs. Lifting and heat exposure are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as TQM, 6-Sigma, and EHS Standards.
• Experience in quality assurance and process improvements in manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to carry up to 50 lbs and work in heat over 90 degrees in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all quality control procedures and policies.
• Provide hands-on quality support and guidance to staff.
• Ensure product meets customer specifications and expectations.
• Complete quality checks and supply quality support to all levels of the business.
• Investigate root cause and corrective actions for customer complaints.
• Conduct training and organize trials for new products and drive continuous improvement throughout the plant.

• Must be able to work independently and with a team and be able to handle changing priorities.
• Must be able to carry up to 50lbs, work in heat above 90 degrees and work in a fast paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
