Job summary

Aventure Staffing is seeking a Quality Technician for Orange City with 1-3 years in manufacturing. You will perform inspections of in-process and final parts, participate in the Zero Defects program, and support CMM programs and FAI inspections in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers 1st and 2nd shifts, starting pay 18–20/hr DOE, with paid holidays, PTO, direct deposit, and medical coverage. Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in related field is a plus.
• 1-3 years related manufacturing experience.
• GD&T experience a plus; ability to read and follow written specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform and record inspections and tests of in-process or final parts using calipers, gauges, and visual tools.
• Actively participate in the company's Zero Defects program.
• Validate CMM programs, troubleshoot, and analyze rejects and failures.
• Perform FAI inspections in facility or inspection department for manufactured components.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Quality Technician | Multiple shifts available Starting Pay: $18-20/hr, Depending on experience

1st shift - Mon-Thur 6a - 3:30p, Fri 6a-10a; 2nd shift - Mon-Thurs 2p-12:30a or Mon-Fri 2p-10:30p plus Pay Differential!

Are you a detail-oriented, result-driven manufacturing professional? If so, this position is for you! A local, well-established company in Orange City is looking for Quality Technicians to join their growing team. The ideal candidate would have excellent attention to detail, and will be responsible for performing quality control inspections, checks and tests during the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Perform and record inspections and tests of in process or final parts and processes using calipers, gauges, and other measuring and visual tools.
• Actively participate in the company's Zero Defects program.
• Validate CMM programs, troubleshooting, and analysis of rejects and failures.
• Perform FAI Inspections in facility or in inspection department for manufactured components.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required; Associates degree in related field is a plus.
• 1-3 years related manufacturing experience.
• GD&T experience a plus.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written specifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
• Have excellent hand dexterity and coordination; ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for entire shift.
