Job summary

Koch Business Solutions, LP is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead a team of Quality Technicians in a manufacturing setting. You will drive quality excellence, partner across Operations, Engineering, and Quality to resolve issues and maintain compliance.

This off-shift leadership role covers second shift (typically 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) with flexibility to support day and night operations and develop the team across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience conducting employee coaching, performance discussions, and development activities with direct reports.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Technician team, fostering a culture of learning, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for quality personnel across multiple shifts, ensuring appropriate support for operational needs.
• Partner with Quality, Production, Engineering, Metrology, and Operations leaders to improve quality processes and team effectiveness.
• Oversee nonconforming material processes, including management of hold areas, product disposition, and inventory control activities.
• Provide oversight of inspection processes, sampling plans, and inspection documentation to ensure product quality requirements are met.
• Facilitate communication and problem-solving across departments to address production and quality concerns.
• Champion a safe, compliant, and collaborative work environment.
• Maintain visibility across all shifts, adjusting work schedules as necessary to support business needs and employee development.
