Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Team Lead to support the QC team, ensuring Inspectors and Technicians complete their daily tasks accurately and efficiently.

The Friday–Sunday (6am–6pm) shift includes a competitive hourly rate with shift differential, comprehensive health, dental and vision plans, paid time off, 401(k) with employer match, and a collaborative, inclusive work environment that values growth and quality.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Ability to read and understand detailed part prints.
• Proficient with Excel and Outlook; strong communication skills.
• Experience using MicroVu or similar inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hands-on QC tasks as a Quality Control Technician.
• Support Technicians and Inspectors in quality processes.
• Review and approve First Shots in First Shot Qualification.
• Assist with Test Run Evaluations and team training.
• Conduct containment activities and monitor lab improvements.
• Audit processes and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and other duties as assigned.
