Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician for the night shift (8pm–6am, Mon–Thu) to support incoming inspection of molded and purchased parts.

You will verify components meet engineering and quality standards through precise inspection and documentation, and you will assist with FAI and cross-departmental support. Use MicroVu, calipers, micrometers, and other tools to measure and record data, report findings to QA and supervisors, and help place approved components

Qualifications

• One-year certificate or 3–6 months related experience/training.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed part and assembly prints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook applications.
• Strong communication and follow-through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections using MicroVu vision system, calipers, micrometers and other tools.
• Examine materials and products for surface defects such as cracks and pits.
• Measure and record dimensional data to ensure part specification compliance.
• Compare products against engineering prints and documented standards.
• Report inspection status to Tooling, Molding and Quality teams and document findings.
• Assist in root cause investigations using process data and standards.
