Job summary

US Conec, Ltd. in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for the weekend night shift (Friday to Sunday, 6pm–6am).

You will inspect molded and purchased plastic parts, verify they meet engineering and quality standards, and document results to support product integrity and warehouse operations. The role includes performing first article inspections (FAI) when required and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to address quality concerns.

Qualifications

High school diploma or one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to carry out simple instructions and handle standardized situations with minimal variability.
Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views, give and welcome feedback.
Basic computer skills preferred.
Effective communication skills with ability to collaborate well in group settings.

Responsibilities

Pull inspection samples based on the predetermined frequency of inspection.
Visually examine inspection samples for physical concerns per Standard Process Instructions.
Document concerns within the Quality Advisement system and notify necessary parties for timely resolution.
Aide in running containment for quality concerns as necessary.
Utilize the Nonconformance system to place suspect parts on hold for review.
