Job summary

JST in Harrisburg, PA seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead our HPEC Quality team. Exempt role reporting to the Quality Manager and Operations Manager, you will provide essential quality support for mold, die, and automation parts design and build while ensuring development and production readiness qualification requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Five years of experience with Quality Management System requirements in design, development, and manufacturing environments, including auditing capability.
• Familiarity with MES and ERP systems; proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Technicians and Engineers, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide training.
• Maintain the Quality Management System and documentation to meet IATF and ISO standards; perform internal audits; manage budgets including overtime.
• Coordinate CERs/Ringishos and oversee qualification activities for molding, stamping, assembling, and shipping; drive continuous improvement and 6S.
