Job summary

TVH in Olathe, KS is seeking a Team Manager Quality to lead a 15-person QA team and drive operational excellence. You will foster an inclusive, high-performance culture and align quality processes with ISO 9001 or equivalent QMS standards.

You will oversee First Article Inspections, Incoming Receiving Inspections, Non-Conforming Product tracking, and customer quality escalations, while partnering with P&P, Logistics, and Sales to resolve issues and protect supply chain integrity.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience in a QA setting.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 or similar QMS.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
• Knowledge of quality inspection protocols and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a 15-person QA team; conduct performance evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement and streamline workflows within QA.
• Maintain and optimize QMS aligned with ISO 9001 or equivalent.
• Oversee First Article Inspections, Incoming Receiving Inspections, NCP tracking, and Customer Quality Complaints.
• Collaborate with P&L, Logistics, and Sales to resolve issues and maintain supply chain integrity.
• Track KPIs and deliver quality metrics to senior leadership.
