Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Team Leader to guide quality inspection teams on site. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, training and motivating staff, and ensuring adherence to company and customer guidelines.You will report to Site Manager or Sr. Site Leader, supervise operations, support audits, manage material movements, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. Shift pay rates are $18.00/hr for 1st shift and $18.75/hr for 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a quality-related role preferred.
• Proven leadership ability.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train inspection staff to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Coordinate audits and document non-conformances.
• Support site leaders and manage workflow and material movements.
