BD is seeking a skilled Quality professional at the Covington, GA Global Distribution Center to lead customer claims, audits, quarantine, and returns. You will mentor QA staff, maintain compliance, and drive continual improvement within a regulated environment.

The role requires 5+ years in Quality/Supply Chain, supervisory experience a plus, and proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint. On-site work at USA GA - Covington Global Dist Center.

Formación

• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Quality, Supply Chain and/or Distribution Center operations.
• Preferred experience in Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical regulated industry.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 is preferred.
• Computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Provide direction and coordination to quality associates and clerks on focus areas including Customer Claims, Shipping Audits, Quarantine and Returns.
• Assist Quality Supervisor/Manager in procedures, work instructions and shipping papers.
• Implement and monitor procedures for Customer Claims, Shipping Audits, Quarantine, Holds, Damages and Recalled products.
• Ensure accurate audit, claims, hold and quarantine records for decision making.
• Ensure compliance with Document and Record Control procedures.
• Ensure products are placarded, stored and distributed per requirements.
• Train and mentor staff on QMS requirements and continuous improvement.
• Track and trend Quality KPIs; review goals daily.
• Share best practices to accelerate quality improvements within the DC region.
• Create and maintain documents per procedures and audits; participate in audits.
• Prepare monthly management reports; act as Damage Subject Matter Expert.
