Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Quality Assurance or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to plan and direct technical efforts toward quality targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Quality Team to inspect materials and parts to ensure quality.
• Defines standards and procedures for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
• Provides training for inspection positions to maintain smooth operation.
• Plans tasks and schedules efficiently.
• Promotes collaboration between inspection and other departments.
• Reviews data to make accept/reject decisions on products, processes, validations.
• Maintains and tracks quality for analysis, control, and reports.
• Manages staff selection, performance, development and training.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
