Job summary

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA) is hiring a 2nd Shift Team Leader for our automotive client in Spring Hill, TN. The role oversees Quality Inspectors, trains staff, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.

This position requires hands-on supervision, time-sheet approval, and collaboration with management and customer representatives. Shift hours are 2pm–10:30pm, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision of quality inspectors
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with ISO standards

Responsibilities

• Hands-on supervision of assigned Inspectors
• Represent the client professionally at all times
• Setup and completion of work cells using 5S
• Operate Vantage scanners and gather data
• Authorize daily time sheets for Inspectors
• Train Inspectors on work instructions and CVP procedures
• Adhere to health and safety rules
