Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience with analytical testing and food microbiology (yeast and mold).
• Knowledge of bakery systems, shelf-life control, and ingredient functionality.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab) and DOE (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct analytical testing and microbiology analyses on products and ingredients.
• Analyze data to identify trends and support process improvements.
• Support formulation development, optimization, and scale‑up with bench‑top and plant trials.
• Validate ingredient systems under commercial conditions and ensure compliance with claims.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with QFS, Operations, R&D to resolve issues.
