Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a qualified quality-focused professional to support ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 compliant processes within our life sciences consulting and testing environment. The role emphasizes procedure development, documentation, and cross‑department collaboration to ensure client requirements are met.

You will assist in design, execution, and maintenance of quality system processes, participate in internal audits, and help drive corrective actions while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or related curriculum.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality Management Systems operation within organization.
• Provide support for design, execution and maintenance of quality system processes at respective departments.
• Help department to coordinate training to operating procedure changes or new system implementation.
• Direct writing and review operating procedures to ensure compliance, efficiency and clarity.
• Participate in corrective action discussions and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure program activities are in compliance with applicable government regulations and company quality assurance standards.
• Establish and manage professional customer rapport to drive solutions to attain business needs.
