Job summary

Glenn Metalcraft Inc. in Princeton, MN is seeking a hands‑on Quality Engineer who thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and precision measurement. You will embed quality requirements in manufacturing, drive CAPAs, and generate PPAP elements while mentoring others in inspection practices.

You will apply SPC to monitor process capability, perform in‑process checks, and support MRB decisions. Strong GD&T interpretation and ISO 9001 familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of PPAP and inspection techniques/philosophies.

Responsibilities

• Embed quality requirements into manufacturing and collaborate with teams.
• Drive CAPAs, NCMRs, and ECRs to prevent defects.
• Generate initial sample inspection reports, control plans and PPAP elements.
• Train teammates on inspection tools and GD&T.
• Deliver Faro Arm programming when applicable and calibrate equipment.
• Apply SPC methods to monitor process capability and flag trends.
• Support MRB and 5S initiatives; participate in continuous improvement.
