You will manage electronic QMS workflows, document control, training management, change control, and quality metrics to drive organizational objectives.

The role collaborates across functions to implement global QMS processes, configure user accounts, and develop quality dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, or related regulated industries.
• Experience administering electronic QMS platforms, preferably MasterControl.
• Strong GDP, training management, and document control principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality system processes and standards.
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of QMS workflows and modules.
• Facilitate the development of global QMS processes and workflows.
• Configure and maintain user accounts in QMS.
• Develop and maintain Quality dashboards.
• Oversee document control processes and training materials.
• Support change management activities and record-keeping.
• Establish training program requirements and alignment with operations.
• Develop training effectiveness through tracking and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives for processes and quality outcomes.
• Prepare reports for management review of QMS data.
