Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Quality Systems to manage onboarding, training programs and internal audits across Quality; Training and Internal Auditing. The role splits time between two quality areas in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

You will drive compliance, develop audit plans, coach staff, and maintain training records while reporting to management. A strong focus on documentation and process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to mentor and coach employees.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes for compliance with quality requirements.
• Assist in development of audit plans and schedules, conduct quality audits.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and non-conformance.
• Schedule and conduct new hire onboarding and training, audit onboarding training completion.
• Manage the QMS Employee Training Manager system and generate reports.
• Conduct hands-on training of employees on standards and procedures.
• Document training records and maintain filing systems.
• Record non-conformances, observations and improvement recommendations.
• Prepare and present quality audit and training status reports to management.
