Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Quality Supervisor in California to establish, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across the site. This role focuses on continual improvement, audits, policy training and the deployment of quality initiatives to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The candidate will manage QMS performance, review systems, and provide high-level reporting. A 2nd shift (Sun-Thu 2:00PM-10:30PM) is specified, with competitive salary and full benefits in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Able to work flexible schedule including overtime, weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute the QMS according to documented policies and procedures, meeting applicable quality standards.
• Review the QMS at planned intervals for suitability and effectiveness; identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide high-level reporting on system performance and recommendations for improvement.
• Serve as site audit authority for internal and external audits.
• Post quality policies and coordinate policy training across the site.
• Ensure training status and setup are reviewed and meet requirements.
• Execute corrective and preventive actions and verify implementation until resolved.
• Implement quality initiatives at facilities as required.
