Qualifications

• 4+ years of quality control experience in APQP-style systems.
• 4+ years of AS9100/ISO/IATF16949 auditing experience.
• 4+ years in technical and procedure development writing.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the site Quality Management System (QMS) across both Hattiesburg facilities and ensure it is effective and compliant with ISO/IATF requirements.
• Lead internal audits, analyze data and quality trends, drive corrective actions and prevent defects.
• Represent the site during ISO, third-party, and customer audits; maintain and improve QMS documentation and control.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps in process control and standardization.
