AIDA-America Corporation in Dayton, OH is seeking a Quality Manager to lead and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) and drive continuous improvement across operations, engineering, purchasing, and suppliers. You will ensure compliance, performance excellence, and customer satisfaction through strong leadership and data-driven CAPA and audit programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of relevant quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of ISO9000 requirements and QMS implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead and maintain ISO9000-compliant Quality Management Systems including controlled documentation and internal auditing program.
Manage and improve a closed-loop CAPA system with emphasis on trend analysis and root cause analysis.
Ensure inspection processes comply with internal quality standards.
Oversee calibration of all test and measurement equipment.
Drive process re-engineering efforts to improve product and order realization.
Assess supplier product specifications and quality plans.
Collaborate with purchasing to improve supplier quality metrics.
Reject nonconforming materials and act as liaison to facilitate supplier communication, mutual understanding and correction/prevention.
