Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years quality experience in manufacturing.
• Three+ years in leadership or management.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and tests.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of quality staff and resource planning.
• Maintain and improve the QMS per ISO 9001 and customer needs.
• Lead internal and assist with external audits; close findings.
• Drive continual improvement; cut cost of poor quality.
• Use APQP/PPAP tools to improve product quality and process.
• Monitor metrics; reduce variation and improve process capability.
• Resolve customer and supplier quality issues using structured methods.
• Support management reviews and report quality performance.
