Job summary

Blue Signal Search is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to support established processes and ensure dependable outcomes across complex projects. You will work hands-on with stakeholders to keep activities moving forward from execution through handoff.

The role focuses on guiding site review activities, validating asset readiness, and coordinating corrective actions. Strong experience in construction environments, data centers, or critical facilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in active construction environments with responsibility for reviewing work and successful delivery.
• Experience supporting data centers, critical facilities, industrial plants, or similar complex infrastructure.
• Broad familiarity with integrated building systems and the equipment needed for dependable facility performance.
• Proficient in analyzing design materials, performance standards, and contractual information.
• Knowledge of issue management, review procedures, resolution processes, and project recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Guide site review activities to support consistent workmanship and project performance.
• Ensure installed assets have reached the appropriate stage for validation and transition into use.
• Monitor installation of power, cooling, control, and supporting infrastructure.
• Review inspection records, test evidence, supplier documentation, and field reports for completeness.
• Review readiness requirements to ensure protective measures before activation.
• Identify quality concerns and coordinate corrective actions, retesting, and final closure.
• Recognize performance gaps and collaborate with project teams to support resolution and completion.
• Maintain accurate records of observations, resolutions, testing outcomes, and acceptance status.
• Coordinate quality priorities and project risks with contractors, engineers, and site leadership.
• Support closeout activities by verifying operating manuals, warranties, record documents, and turnover materials.
