Job summary

FORVIA HELLA is seeking a Quality Specialist to oversee the QMS, assess incoming materials, and promptly address non-conformities. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance quality standards across products and processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Business, or Engineering and 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality. ISO 9001 knowledge and proficiency with Excel are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Business, or Engineering-related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a Quality Specialist role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification of quality control (ISO 9001) is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of quality-assurance methodologies, tools, and standards.
• Excellent numerical skills with data analysis/statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement the quality management system (QMS) in line with company standards and guidelines.
• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors.
• Address and resolve non-conformities promptly.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance quality standards.
• Design and implement best quality practices for product development.
