Job summary

FORVIA is seeking a Production Supervisor to drive Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) performance for designated groups. You will set targets, implement plans, and track results to foster continuous improvement while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead your team, handle personnel issues, support individual development, and work with cross-functional colleagues in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
