Job summary

Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to monitor and audit manufactured goods, ensure QMS compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the value stream.

The role requires 3+ years in quality, ISO 9001 experience, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on leadership to implement corrective actions and performance metrics. On-site in Coatesville, PA with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar quality role with QMS implementation.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for the QMS, including QT9 administration and improvement.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections to meet quality standards.
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Manage supplier quality activities and audits.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, WIs, forms, and QMS docs.
• Train employees on new quality procedures and improvements.
