Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and manufacturing to design and maintain robust process controls.
• Drive continuous improvement using corrective actions, audits, change management and deviation analysis.
• Plan, schedule, and execute internal quality audits with actionable recommendations.
• Support customer and regulatory agency audits and maintain compliant quality standards.
• Contribute to new product development with robust design and process capability.
• Develop and uphold quality system procedures aligned with goals and best practices.
• Lead change management processes for quality initiatives.
• Investigate customer complaints and perform root-cause analysis.
• Conduct root-cause analysis forums using data trends to guide improvements.
