Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related science with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Foundation in chemistry, thermodynamics, and fluid flow applied to chromatography.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering in your area and set strategy for assigned area.
• Keep production running safely and smoothly with independent issue monitoring.
• Help launch new and existing manufacturing technologies; run experiments and collect data.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and developing solutions.
• Own documentation of experiments and procedures and ensure accuracy across area.
• Train manufacturing personnel on new procedures, materials, and testing.
• Stay current through seminars and continuing education.
• Champion safety and follow Environmental Health and Safety guidelines.
