Qualifications

  • QMS and IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 experience; implement APQP and PPAP requirements.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills; adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute plans to obtain and maintain IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certifications.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving efforts and root-cause analysis.
  • Validate supplier product quality through QC plans and sampling procedures.
  • Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, Flow Charts, and Process Capability studies.
  • Oversee internal and external quality system audits and countermeasure verification.
