Multi Billion Dollar international automotive company located in the Battle Creek area is looking for an IATF Quality Systems Engineer.

JOB DUTIES
  • Help build and manage the rules, tools, and processes of the Quality Management System (QMS) to make sure the company makes safe, high-standard products
  • Focus on the "big picture" of quality rather than testing single parts. You make sure the entire business follows official industry rules. You also find ways to fix flaws before they cause problems.
  • Manage Systems: Set up and update quality rules that match standards like ISO 9001.
  • Lead IATF Audits: Check internal departments and outside suppliers to ensure they follow safety and quality guidelines.
  • Fix Problems: Track down the root cause of product defects and create action plans to stop them from happening again.
  • Track Data: Measure performance using quality metrics and share reports with company leaders.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years working in quality assurance or manufacturing.
  • 1+ year working in an IATF environment
  • Experience in Six Sigma, Lean methods, or ISO standards is a plus.
