Responsibilities

• Help build and manage the rules, tools, and processes of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure the company makes safe, high-standard products.
• Set up and update quality rules that match ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead IATF audits and verify compliance across departments and suppliers.
• Identify root causes of defects and create action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Track quality performance and report insights to leadership.
