Job summary

EthosEnergy Accessories And Components LLC is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement across the organization. You will lead audits, manage calibration programs, and ensure adherence to customer and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes supplier quality management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable, safe, and compliant components for aviation and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to obtain ASQ CQE certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure procedures are documented, implemented, and auditable.
• Plan, conduct, and document internal audits to verify compliance with QMS, customer and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the site calibration program to ensure measurement equipment is controlled and traceable.
• Maintain quality procedures, work instructions, inspection docs, and nonconforming product control processes.
• Review contracts and specifications to identify impacts on quality requirements.
• Lead supplier quality activities, audits, approvals, and improvement initiatives.
