Job summary

Ethos Accessories & Components, a Wencor Company, is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the QMS, drive process improvements, and manage supplier quality initiatives. The role focuses on documentation, audits, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in quality/ manufacturing environments, with the ability to obtain CQE certification within one

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field; 3-5 years in quality/manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Must be able to obtain ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) within one year of hire.
• Strong documentation and procedural development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure audits are conducted.
• Plan and perform internal audits to verify compliance with QMS, customer, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Manage site calibration program and ensure traceability and documentation of equipment.
