Job summary

Ethos Accessories and Components is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Quality Management System, drive process improvements, and oversee audits across the organization. The role emphasizes supplier quality management, nonconforming product control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with 3–5 years of experience, and eligibility to obtain CQE certification within a year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing Technology or related field with 3–5 years in quality/manufacturing.
• Must have ability to obtain ASQ CQE certification within one year of hire.
• Experience in quality systems, audits, calibration, supplier quality, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure audit readiness.
• Plan, conduct, and document internal audits and supplier audits.
• Manage calibration program and measurement equipment control.
• Review contracts and specifications to ensure quality compliance.
• Lead corrective actions and prevent recurrence of quality issues.
