Job summary

Interactive Resources LLC. seeks a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to establish and maintain the quality infrastructure for a new manufacturing operation, supporting mission-critical products. You will drive quality processes, AS9100 compliance, and corrective actions while coordinating with teams in the U.S.

and Norway. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3+ years in manufacturing quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
3+ years in Quality Engineering/Quality Assurance in manufacturing.
Experience with QMS in regulated environments (AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or IATF 16949).
Experience with CAPA, nonconformance, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Experience developing/improving quality procedures and documentation.
Experience supporting audits, process validation, manufacturing readiness, or production implementation.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain quality infrastructure for a new manufacturing operation.
Support AS9100 compliance and drive manufacturing readiness.
Lead corrective action and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and quality teams in the U.S. and Norway.
