  • Develops and maintains Best Practices (BPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions for assigned category

  • Partners with Operations, Asset Integrity, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering on quality-related initiatives.

  • Implement quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, and risk assessments to reduce the recurrence of failures

  • Monitors adherence, trends, and systemic quality KPIs using audit and incident data from the QMS

  • Provides technical support to Quality Representatives and field teams to clarify expectations and coach on quality execution

  • Participates in Governance Council reviews to represent technical findings, trends, and system improvement opportunities

  • Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

  • Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).

  • Possesses a valid U.S. Driver’s License. Employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy.

  • Daily overtime required and in person, predictable attendance.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Applied Science, or related technical field

  • Minimum of 3 years in reliability, quality, or process improvement role, preferably in oilfield services or manufacturing

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND ABILITIES:

  • Deep technical knowledge of assigned systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical, fluid power, or process equipment).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause and risk-based tools.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital QMS tools, and equipment data platforms.

  • Experience developing or implementing SOPs, BPs, and inspection criteria.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Asset Integrity, Manufacturing and Engineering stakeholders.

  • Self-starter with a structured, systems-level mindset.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and frontline audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ADVANCEMENT:

(Promotions may occur only after the following qualifications have been satisfied. Promotions are not guaranteed and are subject to the availability of position openings.)

  • Demonstrated impact through quality improvement projects or reduction in repeat failures.

  • Recognized subject matter expertise in the assigned quality function.
