Quality Systems Engineers serve as technical owners of equipment- and process-specific quality performance within the organization. Each Quality Systems Engineer is assigned to critical focus areas within our suite of Mechanical and Electrical systems (e.g., Pumps, Blenders, Power Systems, Electrical, Supply Chain, Maintenance, or Manufacturing) and is responsible for driving reliability, consistency, and improvement across that domain. This role ensures that root cause investigations lead to systemic solutions, not repeated failures — and that quality is built into our systems from design to deployment.

The Quality Systems Engineer is required to walk, sit, climb, bend, reach, and squat/kneel. The Quality Systems Engineer works primarily indoors and will be sitting for prolonged periods at a desk, while typing on a computer, whether in a home office, corporate office, client office, or EVO jobsite. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities. When required to go to a wellsite, their work environment may include exposure to hazardous materials, operating conditions, audio up to 85 dB, and inclement weather, including typical and atypical outdoor elements and extreme cold and hot weather temperatures. Given these conditions, if visiting a pad, they may be required to wear company-mandated and issued personal protective equipment (PPE) (fire-retardant coveralls, safety hat, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, ear protection, and impact gloves) and must strictly adhere to all safety policies. Quality Systems Engineers must be able to lift 25 lbs. independently.
Work hours may include or includes early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on business necessity.
