Job summary

Noctrix Health in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Document Control & Quality Systems Administrator to manage the eQMS, document lifecycles, training records, and quality documentation. The role partners with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to keep records accurate, accessible, and inspection-ready.

This full-time position offers a hybrid/remote work arrangement, a base salary in the six-figure range, and annual bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in document control or quality systems in regulated industry.
• Experience administering document control systems and training records.
• Knowledge of FDA/ISO quality system requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of controlled documents, routing, review, and retention.
• Administer eQMS workflows, user access, and data integrity.
• Develop and update document control procedures and templates.
• Oversee the training program and electronic training records.
• Support supplier management and calibration records.
• Prepare inspection-ready records for audits and inspections.
