Job summary

August Bioservices LLC in Nashville, TN seeks a seasoned Supervisor, Quality Systems & Document Control to lead eQMS governance, master control optimization, and the site-wide change control program. This role supervises the Document Control Specialist and ensures compliant documentation across the organization.

You will drive GMP readiness, data integrity, and insightful metrics, mentor cross-functional teams, and partner with audits to support regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science, business management, or information management field.
• 5+ years of progressive quality systems management experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience configuring workflows, forms, and routing in MasterControl or similar QMS.
• Experience leading eQMS validation efforts or system-wide configuration decisions.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the eQMS, quality systems, and document control functions across QA.
• Own MasterControl configuration, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Manage governance of data, access controls, and audit trails within GxP systems.
• Supervise Document Control Specialist; oversee onboarding, training, and performance.
• Support audits/regulatory inspections with documentation readiness and SME coordination.
