Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a scientific/technical/CS field.
• Minimum 8+ years in a commercial pharmaceutical manufacturing facility with supervisory experience.
• Solid understanding of digital systems, tools for continuous improvement, and lean six sigma.
• Experience in digital quality, data integrity, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive the Quality digital strategy with site and central teams.
• Lead site data integrity and governance initiatives.
• Apply lean six sigma to improve quality through the GSK Production System.
• Oversee training compliance and maintain training records.
• Manage updates to site quality digital systems (VQMS, MERP) via change control.
• Develop and monitor the Quality Improvement Plan and drive CI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align quality systems and processes.
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote Quality Culture at the site.
