Job summary

Impact Recruitment is seeking a Systems Coordinator to join the Quality & Compliance team in Kettering. This role focuses on maintaining and developing the quality management and health & safety systems to ensure testing activities meet the required standards and accreditation.

You will work with experienced technical and management teams, receive full training, and take responsibility for documentation control, calibration records, risk assessments, and supporting UKAS audits.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be highly organised and accurate.
• Experience in a Quality environment is desirable.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate quality-related records and documentation.
• Managing calibration and equipment maintenance records.
• Completing risk assessments and supporting technical assessments.
• Assisting with measurement and uncertainty calculations.
• Coordinating check testing and trial participation.
• Supporting preparation for UKAS audits.
• Organising audit documentation and evidence.
• Supporting accreditation scope extensions where required.
• Assisting with the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures.
• Maintaining training and competency records.
• Purchasing and verifying standard materials.
• Completing COSHH documentation where applicable.
• Supporting Health & Safety compliance across departments.
• Identifying and implementing improvements with management and technical teams.
