Job summary

Magnit is seeking a Master Data Specialist to lead the migration and maintenance of QC master data from LABWARE into SAP QM. You will ensure accurate data governance, collaborate across QC, QA, IT, and manufacturing, and support GMP-compliant master data processes.

The role requires strong SAP/Labware expertise, attention to detail, and ability to handle large data volumes in regulated environments. Experience with ERP deployments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP master data management and SAP QM is preferred.
• Experience migrating and validating master data from LABWARE into SAP.
• Strong data governance, accuracy, and GMP-compliant practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of QC master data from LABWARE into SAP QM and maintain data structures.
• Create, update, and validate SAP and LABWARE master data for quality processes.
• Maintain logs, ensure data accuracy, and perform data testing and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with SAP teams, QC, QA, IT, and manufacturing to define data needs.
• Develop processes to improve data quality and prevent recurring issues.
• Create training materials and documentation for master data processes.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities for SAP implementation.
