The role focuses on CoA creation and database management, maintaining product records, and enabling efficient quality testing and reporting across multiple systems. Ideal candidates will have an undergraduate degree in quality, business, or a related field, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with quality management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in quality, business, management, or related field or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to learn new software quickly
• Experience with quality management software and data management systems

Responsibilities

• Create, complete, review, and send Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
• Manage and optimize CoA database system
• Maintain product records and specifications in PLM
• Create and process new items in Quality Test Database
• Configure tests, projects, data entry and charts
