Job description

At LiquidStack, we’re redefining what’s possible in the data center world. As a global leader in advanced liquid cooling solutions, we’re powering the future of AI, edge computing, and high-performance systems. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for skilled professionals who want to be part of something innovative and impactful.

Position Summary

The Quality Support Technician plays a key role in delivering high-performance cooling technology that powers the world’s most advanced data centers and AI systems. In this role, you will be the quality champion on the production floor — helping ensure every component, subassembly, and finished product meets the highest standards for safety, reliability, and ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

You’ll get hands‑on experience with new designs straight from Engineering/R&D, supporting first article inspections, problem‑solving real issues as they happen, and helping us scale builds from prototype to full production. You’ll lead root cause investigations, drive corrective actions, maintain key quality documents, and support internal audits that keep our systems performing at the highest level.

If you are passionate about learning, energized by fast‑paced environments, and excited to strengthen your technical skills while making a big impact — this role gives you the chance to grow into a recognized quality leader. You’ll work side‑by‑side with experts across Production and Engineering, mentor junior technicians, and contribute directly to improvements that reduce defects, increase throughput, and delight our customers.
