Job summary

SpecialtyRx, a Long-Term Care pharmacy serving long‑term care facilities, is seeking a QA and training support professional to join our operations team. You will perform audit activities, analyze data, review records, and support documentation under the VP of Operations or QA Manager.

Role focuses on monitoring compliance, developing training materials, coordinating QI projects, and ensuring adherence to JCAHO accreditation and applicable laws. Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite) is available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the Pharmacy floor area is a plus.
• Must read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Good judgment and independent decision‑making required.
• Detail oriented with strong accuracy.
• Microsoft Excel; Frameworks.
• Ability to be mobile in performing job duties.
