Job summary

SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. The role involves auditing, compliance monitoring, and training development within a hybrid work arrangement.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma and Long Term Care Pharmacy experience, with strong English skills and attention to detail. Onsite three days per week with a 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM schedule, supporting operations and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or equivalent.
• Long Term Care Pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of the Pharmacy floor area is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Uses good judgment and independent decision-making.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Microsoft Excel; Frameworks.

• Monitors pharmacy related processes and data for compliance and accuracy.
• Performs ongoing assessment and monitor pharmacy related areas.
• Assist with the development of training and training materials for new and existing employees.
• Work with internal teams to standardize training processes and systems.
• Assist and coordinate any QI Projects, as needed.
• Implement and maintain department objectives to ensure compliance of JCAHO accrediting.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
