Job summary

SpecialtyRx in Pensacola, FL is seeking an Operations QA/Audit Coordinator for our Long-Term Care pharmacy operations. This hybrid role combines on-site responsibilities with three days per week in the office and 9:00 AM–5:30 PM shifts, supporting compliance, training, and audit activities.

You will monitor processes, assist with QI projects, develop training materials, and help ensure adherence to JCAHO accreditation standards while maintaining everyday regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Long Term Care Pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of the Pharmacy floor area, a plus.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Uses good judgment and independent decision-making.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Microsoft Excel; Frameworks.
• Ability to be mobile in performing job duties.

Responsibilities

Shift:

Hybrid (3 days onsite).

• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
