Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking a Quality Support Coordinator in Foothill Ranch, CA. You will support the Quality Department with inspection, documentation, and inventory management tasks to ensure parts are accurately ordered, tracked, and stocked.

The role emphasizes organization, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving to support continuous improvement in quality and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience in inventory control, receiving, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, or document control preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Order OEM, supplier, and reference parts required for Quality inspections.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, receipts, and outstanding orders.
• Receive incoming parts and shipments, verifying part numbers and quantities.
• Maintain inventory records, including part quantities, locations, and movement and disposition.
• Organize, label, and maintain the physical parts library and electronic records.

Our client, a leading organization in automotive partmanufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Support Coordinator to join their team. As a Quality Support Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department supporting inspection, documentation, and inventory management activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $28-$29/hr
