Job summary

Client is seeking a Quality Support Coordinator to join the Quality Department, supporting inspection, documentation, and inventory management. The role emphasizes organized, proactive problem solving and effective communication within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Order OEM, supplier, and reference parts required for Quality inspections.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, receipts, and outstanding orders.
• Receive incoming parts and shipments, verify part numbers and quantities.
• Maintain inventory records, including locations, quantities and movement.
• Organize and maintain the physical parts library and electronic records.

Our client, a leading organization in automotive partmanufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Support Coordinator to join their team. As a Quality Support Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department supporting inspection, documentation, and inventory management activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Support Coordinator

Location: Foothill Ranch, CA

Pay Range: $28-$29/hr

What's the Job?

• Order OEM, supplier, and reference parts required for Quality inspections.

• Organize, label, and maintain the physical parts library and electronic records.

What's Needed?

• Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience in inventory control, receiving, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, or document control preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
