Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Fairburn, GA is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the 1st shift to lead the Quality Management System, ensure compliance with standards, and drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

You will coordinate audits, train staff, and report on system performance. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment preferred.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute the QMS according to documented policies and procedures.
• Review the QMS at planned intervals for suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
• Provide high-level reporting on QMS performance and recommendations.
• Serve as site audit authority for internal and external audits.
• Post quality policies and provide policy training across levels.
• Ensure training status and setup are reviewed regularly and requirements met.
• Execute corrective and preventive actions and verify implementation.
• Implement quality initiatives at facilities as required.
