Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or lead people, with ability to address performance concerns.
• Experience solving problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills (Word, email, typing).
• Willing to work weekends and rotating shifts.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjust the daily manufacturing plan as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead change and navigate ambiguity.
• Drive accountability through people and processes.
• Work in loud manufacturing environment that may be hot or cold.
• Read work instructions, operate machines, perform quality inspections.
• Follow safety instructions and wear PPE.
